You’ll love my place because of the location - 100 yards from the bay or 1.5 blocks to the beach. Prime surfing and great paddleboarding, ride the roller coaster at Belmont Park, or relax and enjoy the San Diego beach lifestyle. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Best parking as well, with a dedicated space and adjacent to the park's public lot.
